We require the full name, phone number, and email of the passenger. This ensures clear communication and confirmation for all scheduled rides.

Trip logistics

Provide the pickup address, the medical facility name for drop-off, and the precise appointment date and time. Accuracy is key for punctual service.

For private pay clients

If you are booking as a private-pay client, full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your ride. We do not accept payment at pickup. If you have any questions please give us a call at (321)463-5026

What happens after you send your ride request?

Once your ride request is submitted, our team will review and process your booking promptly:

For VA Case Managers: We verify authorization details and send confirmation within 2 hours.
For Private Pay Bookings: Our dispatch team will contact you to confirm details and process payment. Your ride is not confirmed until payment is successfully completed.
