If you are booking as a private pay client, you must be ready to make full payment immediately upon booking. We do not accept payment at pickup to streamline your transportation process.

Once your ride request for non-emergency medical transportation is submitted, here's what you can expect from Freedom Route Services LLC:

For VA Case Managers: We will verify the authorization number and send a confirmation email within 2 hours.
For Private Pay Bookings: Our dispatch team will call you immediately to collect credit card payment over the phone. Your ride is NOT confirmed until payment is successfully processed. We do not hold spots without payment.
